Goodness,

Is a birthright given,

A pleasure for the heart,

Until,

We get curious,

It creeps into our minds,

The want,

The need,

Temptation conquers,

We dig deeper,

The shadows over whelm us,

Consume us.

Until……

Our minds become distorted,

Messed up

What is this madness?

The sanity?

Innocence,

Lost as the thoughts fester,

Lost in the darkness,

The masks

One touch,

One look,

One thought,

Creates moods,

Tears,

Weeping,

They washed the sand crystals clean,

Innocence is gone,

Blood is spilled,

Clouded visions,

Unforeseen events happen

All the while,

Innocence is gone,

Replaced,

By darkness.
